Copacabana is one of the most popular neighborhoods/beaches in Rio. The iconic Copacabana promenade is a pavement landscape on a large scale (4 kilometers long). It was rebuilt in 1970 and has used a black and white Portuguese pavement design since its origin in the 1930s to create a gigantic geometric wave.
